Rockwool is typically available ex-stock. Some of the thicker and higher density products may need to be indent ordered. If this is the case we will contact you upon your order to confirm delivery time frames. We do recommend ordering well in advance of your project need.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
